Chattahoochee Estate

Covering seven acres on the Chattahoochee River, this estate was redesigned inside and out to create a home for a busy family of six. The outside pool area, lakefront guest house, garage apartment and extensive gardens all became part of the home. The grand staircase is truly the center of the house — a custom-designed light fixture drops more than 26 feet through three stories, setting the tone for the modern but comfortable style of the home’s family.
